1-Registration : (Play school & K.G)
Age: Play school: 3 Years old by October 1st.
K.G.1: 4 years old by October 1st.
K.G.2: 5 years old by October 1st.

- Parents are requested to fill an application form at school.
- The child will be interviewed by a teacher, and the department headmistress.
- An appointment for an interview for both parents is to be set with the school director.
- In case the child is accepted, you will be informed by phone to go on with the registration procedures.
Required papers for registration:
- The child's birth certificate
- 6 passport size photos
- A photocopy of parent's I.D card
- A medical report
- Children who are transferred from other schools to join our K.G.2 classes must sit for   an exam.
Junior, Middle and Senior Depts.:
Students have to sit for an admission test. In case the student is accepted, you will be informed of all the required papers, documents and procedures by our employees in charge of student affairs.
2- School Hours:
Play school: Sun. – Thurs., from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
K.G. Dept. : Sun. - Thurs., from 8:45 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
Juniors, Middles, and Seniors:
Sundays & Mondays: from 7:45 a.m. until 3:10 p.m.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 7:45 a.m. until 2:55 p.m.
3- Bus Service:
The Q.L.S offers safe transportation service to all regions In Alex. The charge of the bus service varies according to the distance and is paid in one installment. Parents are required to finish all the procedures of subscribing in our bus service latest by August 15th.
4- Parent-teacher Conferences:
In addition to scheduled report cards and notes sent throughout the year, parent-teacher conferences are held to keep parents informed of their children's progress and help us evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and our school system. Notes will be sent to inform parents of the scheduled time for each conference.
