We provide a child – centered supportive environment which encourages students to be independent and self confident learners.

Intel To Teach Courses in QLS

An international course aiming to enhance project based learning and active learning techniques.
The course has been applied world wide , training teachers to apply student - centered education techniques and plan for project – based training .
The course is accredited by numerous ministries of education including the Egyptian ministry of education.
The school has started the courses june 2008 and is now expanding the training to al teachers of mother school
" American and I.G.C.S.E"

Time Line and Plan

June 2008- First Course

The INTEL TO TEACH first course at QLS was held in June 2008.
The Train was held at school for 2 successive weeks by
Mr. Mina & Mr. Atef

The First group of trainees included :

  • Heads of Schools
  • Heads of Departments
  • Coordinators
  • A group of experienced teachers.
  • No. of Trainees : 26
  • The train was very influential and successful .

Many fruitful discussions were held to overview the future of the educational system and hopes and fears.


August 2008- Second Course

The INTEL TO TEACH second course at QLS was held in August 2008.
The Train was held at school for 2 successive weeks by
Mr. Atef
Mrs. Hanaa Montaser & Mrs. Dalia Fahmy (Co. Facilitators )
M. Naglaa Bahr ( Technical support )
The Second group of trainees included :

  • A selection of trained experienced teachers of different fields and subjects.
  • No. of Trainees : 26.
  • The train was very helpful to the teachers and they showed a strong belief of the possibility of application.

Nov.&Dec. 2008- Third Course

The INTEL TO TEACH third course at QLS was held in Nov. & Dec 2008
The Train was held at school for 3 successive days and 7 Saturdays by

  • The third group of trainees included 35 teachers the :
  •  A selection of trained and fresh teachers of different fields and subjects.
  • By the end of that course , the National School Staff is covered entirely .
